Buckwheat in Ukraine: Cabinet of Ministers does not forecast a shortage, but allows for a price increase of up to 15%
Ukrainian Minister of Agrarian Policy Taras Vysotsky stated that a shortage of buckwheat is not forecasted, but the price may rise by up to 15%. Meanwhile, in August, the grain periodically disappeared from shelves in several chains, and prices spiked to 119 hryvnias per kilogram.
