The PFU automatically recalculates housing subsidies twice a year — in March and August — if the household's income has changed by more than 50%. There is no need to contact the fund to initiate the recalculation.

From October 1, 2026, the PFU will recalculate housing subsidies for the 2026–2027 heating season. Most payments will be extended automatically, but certain categories of citizens must submit a new application. We break down the details and deadlines.
