Weapons makers demand zeroing out the fee for arms exports, while the Rada denied the army these funds: a double dead end over Resolution No. 875
The Ukrainian Council of Weapons Makers is demanding the zeroing out of the 20–30% fee on the value of arms export contracts, while the Verkhovna Rada on September 15 rejected a bill to direct these funds to weapons procurement and payments to servicemembers. More than 200 international cooperation applications remain unanswered.
