Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proposed to the Rada to appoint SBU Major General Evgeny Khmara as Acting Minister of Defense. This decision became a compromise after the failure of Igor Klimenko's candidacy. Khmara is a veteran of "Alpha" and a fighter who participated in the battles for Kyiv and Donbas. 🇺🇦🛡️
