On October 2, 2026, Russian FPV drones twice attacked an Ukrnafta filling station complex in the Dnipropetrovsk region. No casualties were reported.

Photos of the aftermath of the sixth strike in weeks on a gas station of the Ukrnafta network have been released in Kyiv. On the morning of September 23, drones attacked two gas stations in the Holosiivskyi and Darnytskyi districts; one person was injured.

The Kyiv Regional Defense Council granted gas station workers access to a military digital system for tracking hostile aerial targets. The decision was made against the backdrop of 16 strikes on gas stations in Kyiv, including a double drone strike in the Holosiivskyi district on September 15.

Ukrnafta has begun installing gabions around its gas stations in Kyiv so that, in the event of drone strikes, debris is contained within the perimeter and the damage zone for pedestrians and vehicles is reduced. This was announced by Chairman of the Board Bohdan Kukura.
