The Ukrainian Cabinet has created a commission to sell state stakes in Sense Bank and Ukrgazbank. Prime Minister Koretskyi announced that international financial organizations and EU institutions may participate in the bidding.

SPFU Head Dmytro Natalukha stated that the state's main priority in selling sanctioned assets is launching them rather than maximizing the price.

FGIU is working out new rules for post-privatization control after the UMCC Titanium case showed that changing regulatory conditions after a 4 billion UAH deal has already cost the investor $35 million in foreign-currency revenue.

NEQSOL Holding has confirmed a $70 million investment program for UMCC Titanium and declared its interest in the Demurinskoye GOK. Implementation depends on lifting export controls on rutile and zircon concentrates.

Sense Bank added European banker Peter Novak to its supervisory board after the Cabinet of Ministers terminated the powers of a board member. Against the backdrop of the NABU investigation, the government also initiated the removal of the Chairman of the Board.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has changed the leadership of the supervisory board of Sense Bank and instructed the Ministry of Finance and the NBU to accelerate the bank's preparation for privatization. Proceeds from the sale will be directed to the needs of the Armed Forces.

Prime Minister Koretsky stated in the Verkhovna Rada that the Ministry of Finance has received an instruction to accelerate the sale of Sense Bank, but first, jointly with the NBU, must resolve accumulated problems. Proceeds from the deal will go to the needs of the Defense Forces, and a new head of "Naftogaz" will be selected through a transparent competition after the heating season.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to sell 100% of the shares of the Ocean Plaza shopping center for $100 million. The auction may take place at the end of 2026 after resolving legal complexities regarding the consolidation of shares. 💰🏢
