Ukrainian Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that over the past six months, more than 300 gas stations have been destroyed or damaged in the country, causing serious economic damage and requiring the creation of insurance mechanisms.

The Cabinet of Ministers has exempted enterprises covering at least 80% of consumption through imports or their own generation from electricity outage schedules. The measure is designed to stimulate distributed generation ahead of a difficult winter.
