The Verkhovna Rada's apparatus has confirmed the adoption of measures to ensure the uninterrupted work of the parliament in the building on Hrushevsky Street amid constant air alerts. Speaker Stefanchuk ruled out a relocation, while the Cabinet of Ministers is preparing changes to the approach to the curfew.

Zelensky signed a decree assigning the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Stefanchuk, the highest diplomatic rank — Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador. At the same time, Hennadiy Ostash, director of the Diplomatic Academy, received the rank of second-class ambassador.

The head of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, stated that holding elections in Ukraine under martial law is currently impossible and inexpedient, despite Mykhailo Fedorov's call.
