Residents of frontline communities can receive a one-time winter assistance of 19,400 hryvnias until October 30, 2026. The application procedure depends on the distance to the frontline.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine confirmed that the one-time "Winter Support" payment is not included in the family's total income and does not affect the size of the housing subsidy.

Residents of frontline communities will receive 19,400 hryvnias under the "Winter Support" program. The Ministry of Social Policy clarified: the application must be submitted in person, and the funds can be spent at one's discretion.

Minister of Social Policy Denys Hulyatin stated that the winter support of 19,400 hryvnias can be spent at the discretion of vulnerable categories — on fuel, clothing, or utilities. Applications are accepted until October 30.
