Over the past four days, Ukrainian drones have launched a series of strikes against key facilities in Russia's fuel and energy complex. As a result of these attacks, four oil refineries and a sea terminal in the Krasnodar Krai were hit.
Strike on the Taman Terminal: Massive Losses
The most significant damage was inflicted on the Taman sea terminal, located in the village of Volna in the Krasnodar Krai. According to Robert Brovdi (callsign "Madjar"), Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian drones destroyed 12 storage tanks, each with a capacity of 5,000 tons.
This means that the attack took out of commission a quantity of fuel that would require approximately a thousand railway tank cars to transport. The area of the fire at the terminal exceeded 17,000 square meters.
Who Carried Out the Strike
The attack on the Taman terminal was conducted on July 30 by the "Birds" of the 1st Operational Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces, in coordination with the 413rd Separate "Raid" Unit of the SSS and the Security Service of Ukraine.
Series of Strikes on Refineries
During the same four days, Ukrainian drones struck four additional oil refineries within Russian territory. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially confirmed the hit on one of them — in Volgograd.
Attacks on Russia's fuel infrastructure have been ongoing for more than a week. Back at the end of July, drones struck the Taman port, sparking a massive fire. The consequences of that strike became known immediately — flames engulfed a significant portion of the terminal's territory.
These actions demonstrate the capability of Ukrainian unmanned systems forces to deliver precise and destructive strikes against the enemy's strategically important objects, impacting their logistics and energy security.
