The HAC placed Serhiy Krapiva, deputy head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Prosecutor General's Office, in custody until 2 November 2026. Bail is set at 120 million UAH in the case on the "protection" of call centers.

SAP is asking the court to detain Serhiy Krapiva, Deputy Head of the OGP department, in the 'Carthage' case, with an alternative bail of 200 million hryvnia. The defendant is linked to an exposed network of 'protection' for fraudulent call centers.

Under Operation "Carthage," NABU and SAP exposed a criminal organization headed by a head of a unit in the Office of the Prosecutor General that received bribes from fraudulent call centers and laundered millions of hryvnias.
