By order of the Ministry of Defense dated September 1, 2026, Colonel Artem Martynenko, the chief architect of the DELTA combat system, has been appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for Digitalization.

Ukraine's Delta system consolidates drone, signals-intercept, and satellite data into a single platform and cuts the time from target detection to strike from 20 minutes to a few. According to the NYT, it was this system that helped halt the Russian offensive.
