On the night of September 9, Russian military forces struck Dnipro: fires broke out at a building materials warehouse and in a private house. Rescuers pulled three people from the rubble, and they are being provided with medical assistance.

Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Alexander Hantsa announced the mandatory evacuation of 203 residents of two villages in the Slavyanska hromada of Synelnykove district. Residents have been given one month to leave; armored vehicles will be used for transportation.

The number of casualties from the night attack on Kamianske in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast has risen to four dead and five injured. That same evening, Kyiv was awaiting Moscow's response on an air ceasefire.

In Kamianske, an official police vehicle ran over a man who lay down on the asphalt during a conflict with patrol officers. The injured man has been hospitalized with severe injuries, and an investigation is underway.

On August 28, Russia struck Pavlograd: a supermarket and a private house caught fire, seven people were injured, three in critical condition, and a 17-year-old boy was killed. This is not the first attack on the city this August.

On the night of August 25, a Russian strike on a shopping and entertainment center in Dnipropetrovsk Region triggered fires that were extinguished by the State Emergency Service. On the same night, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro were shelled.
