In Lutsk, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terehov named four conditions – safety, housing, salary, and infrastructure – under which Ukrainians will stop leaving the country. He also called for creating a state housing provision program for IDPs and strengthening support for business.

Kernel, together with We build Ukraine and the Center for Policy Analysis, has launched Ukraine's first PPP School for communities. In the first cohort, 21 communities will spend three months learning to prepare investment projects to attract private and international capital.

⚠️ The Union of Cities of Ukraine has warned about the risks of Draft Law No. 14405. The document simplifies the dismissal of community heads, which could lead to a crisis in local self-government.
