Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers on August 17 introduced a special regime in the one-kilometer strip along the borders with Russia and Belarus: civilian presence is restricted, and the measures remain in effect until the end of martial law.

From September 11, the curfew in Chernivtsi Oblast will be shortened to three hours — from 01:00 to 04:00. Head of the RDA Ruslan Osypenko clarified the rules of movement for life-support workers and strengthened control.
