Ukraine has started the automatic extension of mobilization deferrals: over 90% of active deferrals will be extended without new applications. You can check the status in «Reserve+», the mechanism works until October 30.

In Ukraine, the grounds for an existing mobilization deferral can now be changed through CNAP. CNAP receives the documents and forwards them to the TCRS, while the old deferral remains in effect until the new data is entered into the "Obereg" registry.

In Dnipro, a conflict broke out during a TCC document check near a gymnasium, in which pepper spray reached the school grounds during a PE lesson. No students were hospitalized; a teacher sustained scratches. An internal investigation has been launched.

In Lviv, police launched an internal investigation after a video showing a TCC serviceman physically acting against a woman during a notification operation. The military commissariat called the footage 'manipulation,' but the full picture of the incident remains unclear.

In August 2026, the FSB Border Service uses the automated "Mir" system to block the departure of men aged 18–30 and reserve military personnel. Refusals are issued under Article 7.1 of Federal Law No. 53-FZ; appeals are possible only through the military commissariat or court.
