In 15 settlements across four communities in the Donetsk region, 1,746 children from 1,580 families remain in the forced evacuation zone. In October, 761 children from 610 families were forcibly evacuated, and the mandatory evacuation zone was expanded to parts of Kramatorsk.

On the evening of October 15, Zaporizhzhia suffered a new Russian strike: according to the RMA, a private enterprise was hit, causing a fire. Preliminarily, there are no wounded, and information is being clarified.

Vitaliy Bunetsko, head of the Zhytomyr OMA, reported the death of two people in the shelling of a grocery store in Zvyahel on September 12. At night, an enterprise with foreign investments was hit, and in the morning — three gas stations in Zvyahel and Korosten.

On the morning of September 9, a temporary deterioration in air quality was recorded in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv and certain areas of the oblast due to fires following enemy attacks. The main pollutant was fine particulate matter; residents are advised to keep windows closed.

Serhiy Tyurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi OVA, reported damage to enterprises in Khmelnytskyi District following an attack by enemy drones. Air defense forces repelled the strike, emergency services are working at the scene, and the scale of the destruction is being clarified.

On September 2, the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Synieubov, stated that, following a series of Russian strikes on warehouses and logistics, there are no problems with the availability of food products on supermarket shelves in the region.

Alexander Tolokonnikov, Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, urged residents unwilling to leave to spend the autumn–winter period in safer regions. In his words, after the strike on the TPP, it is difficult to guarantee heat in the city.
