In an interview with CBS News, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that a Russian drone attacked a train carrying foreign officials in Volyn, among whom, according to him, was former CIA Director David Petraeus.

SBSU warned that border crossing points on Ukraine's border may temporarily close during air raid alerts due to the risk of Russian strikes. The spokesperson called on citizens to disperse.

ISW analysts believe that the attack by a Russian drone on a train near the Yagodyn crossing on September 13 may have been directed against European officials and is part of a campaign of pressure on NATO.

Olya Polyakova told how her train from Kyiv to Poland was evacuated three times due to the threat of an attack, and during the third evacuation a Russian "Shahed" drone hit the composition. No one was hurt.

Near the Ukrainian-Polish border, a Russian drone attacked a train on the Kyiv–Warsaw line. Spiegel reported that the train carrying Johnson and EU advisers was hit, but this was denied: a different train was struck, and no one was injured.
