#Presidential Elections

Zelenskyy stated he will run for president even if elections take place during the war. The Kremlin rejects his condition for a 60-day truce, and ISW notes that Russia is using the impossibility of voting to drag out negotiations.

Former head of the President's Secretariat Viktor Baloga stated in an interview with RBC-Ukraine that Yushchenko's 2004 dioxin poisoning was carried out by his closest inner circle, and named the surname of one of those involved.
