Real Estate Tax Reform in Ukraine: Why the Area-Based System Fails and What Awaits Owners in 2026
🏠 In 2026, the real estate tax in Ukraine brings only 2.2% of all revenue to local budgets. 6.1 billion UAH was collected in 6 months.
⚖️ Why the system doesn't work?
