The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warns of a noticeable cold snap on November 5–7: cold air will arrive from the northwest, frosts down to –5 °C are expected in the Carpathians, and light snow is possible in some areas on Saturday.

UkrHMC warned: in November, rains in Ukraine will change to sleet. Forecaster Natalia Ptukha advised drivers to change their car tires in advance, although sharp frosts are not expected in the coming days.

On September 24, an active cyclone will bring moderate and locally heavy rain, thunderstorms and wind up to 20 m/s to Ukraine. UHMC has declared a yellow hazard level. By the weekend the weather will improve, with temperatures rising by 2–4°C.
