On the evening of September 10, the warehouses of a volunteer organization holding humanitarian aid in Odesa were damaged in an enemy attack, and a fire broke out. This was reported by RMA head Oleg Kiper.

On September 4, Russian UAVs scored four direct hits on warehouse facilities in the village of Sviatopetrivske, Bucha District, Kyiv Oblast. According to the OVA, there are no casualties; a fire and heavy smoke are present at the scene, and emergency services are working.

Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kherson RMA, explained why authorities openly warn residents about threats and call for evacuation. He rejected the “treason” narrative and reminded of the destroyed TPP, which will deprive the city of heat this winter.
