Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science has released methodological recommendations for schools: institutions must approve learning scenarios and transition algorithms in advance, depending on the level of safety.

From September 10, Kyiv's public transport and metro will run an hour longer due to the shortening of the curfew. The rules for train movement on the "green" line during air alerts will also change.

From September 10, new rules for the operation of shopping centers and stores during the yellow danger level take effect in Kyiv: businesses will be able to function if they have a shelter or by agreement with the workforce, while the decision to stay inside remains with the visitor.

Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky announced the creation of a separate application on the 'Diia' platform to inform about air raid alerts and the movement of drones and missiles. Launch dates have not been specified.

The Verkhovna Rada is considering a “Plan B”: during air alerts, deputies will be able to descend to a basement shelter and vote through a mobile application with personal verification. A final decision is expected after the meeting of the Coordinating Council.

FC Harkiv defeated Zorya 3-0 in a two-day match of UPL Round 4. The match, which started on Sunday, was stopped in the 51st minute due to air raid alerts and completed on Monday.

The KCCA announced that Kyiv schools will begin the 2026/2027 school year in a hybrid in-person and remote format. Parents will be able to choose the model of instruction within the options offered by a specific school, while alerts lasting up to 158 minutes a day make schedule flexibility essential.

Cardiologist Nataliya Stolyar-Kapshitar explained how regular sleep deprivation due to nighttime alerts increases the risk of hypertension, arrhythmias, and heart attack, and described how to recover safely: a short 15–20 minute nap, daylight, moderate activity, and no more than 400 mg of caffeine per day, while energy drinks after a sleepless night are dangerous for the heart.

In two days, 38 fire outbreaks were extinguished in Kyiv Oblast following enemy attacks, and 20 air raid alerts were issued. The SES urged residents not to approach impact sites and to remain in shelters.

Ukrzaliznytsia has opened all paid waiting rooms at stations across the country for free until Friday morning due to mass train delays caused by air alerts and drone attacks.
