#Air Raid Shelters

Prime Minister Hordiienko announced that under the yellow alert level, businesses in Ukraine will be able to operate, but the Cabinet of Ministers has given enterprises three months to ensure access to shelters for staff and visitors. The installation of mobile shelters will also be accelerated, and a strict economy of non-military budgetary spending will be introduced.

The Verkhovna Rada has passed in the first reading a bill banning the use of shelters for unintended purposes and installing surveillance cameras. The document introduces liability for blocking entrances and a moratorium on terminating shelter leases.

Ukrainians have officially been allowed to take pets to shelters during air raids. 🐕🏚️ However, the State Service of Food Safety and Consumer Protection reminded about strict rules: owners bear full responsibility for pets, and dogs of dangerous breeds must be kept in a muzzle and on a short leash. This is necessary for the safety of children and the elderly in bomb shelters. 🚨

Moscow region authorities have published shelter maps for residents for the first time amid threats of missile strikes. Previously, officials refused to share this information, citing the absence of wartime conditions. ⚠️🏚️

A law has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada requiring authorities to inspect bomb shelters once a month and banning their privatization. Violators who block access to shelters face fines, and new buildings will be constructed in compliance with safety requirements. 🏗️🚨
