On October 28, cloudy weather with clear spells and light rains in most regions is expected in Ukraine, with moderate precipitation in the south. Daytime temperatures +9…+14 °C, up to +17 °C in Transcarpathia and the south. A more noticeable cold snap is forecasted starting October 29.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts cloudy weather with sunny intervals, local rains in the south, and a north-easterly wind of 7–12 m/s for October 28, 2026. No precipitation is expected in Kyiv.

At the end of October 2026, warm weather without sharp anomalies or extreme frosts is expected in Ukraine. Temperatures will gradually return to the climatic norm after October 27.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, October 20 in Ukraine will bring partly cloudy weather and mostly dry conditions. During the workweek, southern cyclonic activity will lose strength while high pressure from the northeast builds up.

The SES has declared a yellow alert due to dense fog in Kyiv and four regions, with visibility dropping to 200–500 meters. Rescuers urged drivers to reduce speed and pedestrians to use reflective elements.

On Sunday, September 20, warm and dry weather will persist in Ukraine: air temperatures will reach +28°, with no precipitation expected. In Kyiv and the oblast — partly cloudy skies, no rain.

On September 17, Ukraine is expected to see warm weather with daytime temperatures up to +25 degrees. Rain is possible only in the west, while no precipitation is forecast for Kyiv and most regions.

On September 1, Ukraine is expected to see variable cloud cover: brief rain and thunderstorms will pass through some oblasts, while during the day the air will warm to nearly +28 °C in places. The wind will be southwesterly, 7–12 m/s.
