On October 16, 2026, Ukraine expects cloudy weather with rain caused by a cyclone over the Sea of Azov. Night frosts will retreat, though wet snow is possible in some areas.

On September 24, an active cyclone will bring moderate and locally heavy rain, thunderstorms and wind up to 20 m/s to Ukraine. UHMC has declared a yellow hazard level. By the weekend the weather will improve, with temperatures rising by 2–4°C.

A Black Sea cyclone will bring rain to Ukraine on September 23, thunderstorms in the east, and storm-force wind gusts on the Left Bank. Forecasters warn of hazardous phenomena and nighttime cooling.

Forecaster Vitaliy Postrihan warned that after the "gentle September summer," Ukraine will experience a noticeable cooling: from September 21, a cold Atlantic cyclone will bring rain and Scandinavian air.

The UGMC forecasts comfortable +20…+25 °C until September 20, then a cyclone with moderate rain and a cooling trend from Monday, the 21st. No frosts are expected in the visible horizon.

On September 15, an eastern cyclone will bring rain and thunderstorms to the east, south, and center of Ukraine, with light rain possible in the west during the day. In the Kyiv region, no precipitation, 17–22 degrees, wind 7–12 m/s.

On September 13, a cyclone will split Ukraine: rain with thunderstorms and +13…+15° in the south and center, and heat up to +30° in the southeast. Forecasters warn of sharp pressure fluctuations.

UHMC forecaster Ivan Semylit told RBC-Ukraine about changeable weather in Ukraine on September 12–16: a cyclone from Hungary and Romania will bring rain and thunderstorms, while heat up to +30°C will persist in the east.

Cyclone "Priska," with wind gusts of up to 97 km/h, left 659 settlements in Belarus without power, knocking out 1,800 substations. The bad weather also affected Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.
