Bulgaria has officially left the 'Coalition of the Willing' and refused military aid to Kyiv. Prime Minister Rumen Radev stated the need for a diplomatic solution to the conflict and pragmatism in relations with Russia, although commercial arms sales continue. 🇧🇬🚫🇺🇦

Poland does not currently plan to transfer additional Patriot missiles to Ukraine due to a lack of stockpiles, Donald Tusk stated. Despite domestic criticism, Warsaw continues to support Kyiv, but priority is given to its own defense. 🇵🇱🇺🇦🚀

Poland will host the first exercises of the 'Coalition of the Willing' in the autumn of 2026. Donald Tusk stated that Warsaw will conduct joint maneuvers with France and Britain to prepare security guarantees for Ukraine. The Prime Minister also warned that Russia will continue the war at least until winter.
