📉 According to FAZ, the West plans to confiscate frozen Central Bank of Russia funds for direct funding of Ukraine.
👥 The initiative is supported by former Defense Ministers of Germany and France.
⚖️ Goal: relieve Belgium of legal liability and strengthen Kyiv's negotiating position.
