In the night of September 18, Russia launched a massive drone strike on Konotop in Sumy Oblast. A school, a kindergarten, medical facilities, the railway and private homes were damaged; part of the city was left without gas and power, and two people were injured.

On the night of August 25, Russia struck Konotop: railway tracks and an agro enterprise were destroyed, dozens of buildings were damaged, and a 14-year-old girl was injured. There were no fatalities.

In Chernihiv on Independence Day, a drone strike destroyed an apartment block: according to the latest data, 17 people were injured, including children. The building has been cut off from utilities, and damage assessment is underway.

Russia's night strike on Konotop left a large part of the city without gas and destroyed the 'Korund-S' bus fleet. The mayor reported damage to civilian infrastructure, with no casualties reported preliminarily.

On the night of August 21, reactive drones launched a massive attack on Sumy and Konotop. A residential two-story building caught fire, six people were injured, and the threat of repeated attacks is holding back rescuers.
