Due to shelling and energy infrastructure damage, power outages are recorded in Rivne and five Ukrainian oblasts. Energy workers are carrying out restoration works.

An explosion occurred in the inner courtyard of Police Department No. 1 in Rivne while explosive ordnance specialists were working: one specialist was killed, three colleagues injured. A case was opened under Article 264 of the Criminal Code; the investigation is being conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation.
