#Russia Missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia stores about 700 ballistic missiles and produces up to 140 new munitions monthly.

On the morning of October 3, 2026, during a massive Russian attack on Ukraine, three missiles and two drones fell in Moldova, causing damage and fires.

Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Ukraine needs at least 300 Patriot missiles for the winter, considering Russia's ballistic missile production rates.

Tymofiy Yurkov, co-founder of Contra-Drone, explained why ballistic missiles and guided bombs are significantly harder to suppress with electronic warfare systems than ordinary drones: flight altitude, mass launches, and a larger explosive mass reduce the effectiveness of countermeasures.

Russia's nighttime ballistic attack on Kyiv killed five people and injured 23. Warehouses and residential buildings are burning in three districts of the capital, people remain trapped under the rubble, and the oblast is experiencing power outages.
