The Department of Education of the Kyiv City Administration reminded that the rules for operating Kyiv kindergartens during air alerts remain unchanged: in the event of an alert before the start of the day, children are accepted only after the all-clear, and parents are not recommended to leave the shelter.

Ukraine's Ministry of Culture has updated the rules for holding concerts and festivals during air alerts: under the 'yellow' level, events are permitted to continue provided there is a shelter for all participants, while under the 'red' level they must be stopped immediately.

From September 10, Kyiv shortens the curfew to 01:00–05:00, extends transport operating hours by one hour, and introduces differentiated rules for the metro and businesses depending on the threat level.

In two days, 38 fire outbreaks were extinguished in Kyiv Oblast following enemy attacks, and 20 air raid alerts were issued. The SES urged residents not to approach impact sites and to remain in shelters.

Ukrhydrometcenter has warned that from August 25 to 27, a high level of fire danger will persist in most regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv Oblast. Citizens are urged to observe safety rules.
