ICC Ukraine Vice President Bohdan Ivanjuk stated that Ukrainian industry is losing up to 70% of the MMC's foreign-currency earnings and is demanding that the state cut tariffs, revise CBAM and EU quotas, and provide targeted financing for large enterprises.

FMM head Serhiy Bilenskyi warned that without urgent state support for industry, Ukraine will face a chain reaction crisis: the two largest combined enterprises have been shut down, 45 enterprises were damaged in the first half of August, and logistics costs have risen three to five times.

Interpipe announces a systematic increase in the share of women on production floors, including CNC operators and shift supervisors, against the backdrop of a labor shortage in Ukrainian industry. One in every three positions at the company is already held by a woman.

Interpipe has built a two-tier technical education ecosystem in Dnipro covering more than 15,000 teenagers: from school technology classrooms and mechatronics laboratories to colleges and the NTU "Dnipro Polytechnic," with the ultimate goal of employment at the factory.

Due to a labor shortage, Metinvest has cut retraining from 9–12 to 3–5 months, expanded the Steel Force program to three new countries, and employed 500 vocational school graduates in 2025.
