On October 22, the High Anti-Corruption Court removed the electronic bracelet from former Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko while extending his procedural duties.

Full bail of 20 million hryvnias has been paid for former OP Deputy Head Irina Mudraya. Previously, the court refused to lower the amount.

The defense in the case of ex-SPF head Dmytro Sennichenko estimated state expenses at up to half a billion hryvnias, pointing out a cost-to-damage disproportion.

The HACC extended the procedural obligations of former Presidential Office head Andriy Yermak by a further 60 days but cancelled electronic monitoring, citing health risks per a medical expert's opinion.

The HACU selected a preventive measure in the form of 7 million hryvnia bail for former head of the Sens Bank supervisory board, Mykola Gladishchenko. He has five days to post the amount in the case involving the laundering of 150 million hryvnia.

The HAC detained Serhiy Kuts, the driver of Prosecutor General's Office official Serhiy Kropyva, in the 'Carthage' case. The court set an alternative bail of 3 million hryvnia, although the prosecutor sought 20 million.

NBU Deputy Head Dmytro Oleinyk stated at a TIC session that not the entire volume of bail payments to the VAKS was processed through Sense Bank. The regulator identified other banks with comparable or more serious issues and is continuing four unplanned inspections.

On September 2, VAKS left Sense Bank head Stupak free on 15 million hryvnia bail in the "Forrest Gump" case. Simultaneously, the NBU demanded the Cabinet of Ministers terminate his authority due to an "opaque management structure."
