#Dmytro Lubinets

Ukraine is close to launching the evacuation of civilians from Oleshky, which has been severely impacted by a humanitarian crisis, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported.

Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets discussed the TCK crisis, a surge in complaints to over 6,000, and the critical humanitarian situation in Oleshe in an interview.

🇺🇦 Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets exposed a new information attack by the Russian Federation. Moscow accuses Kyiv of refusing to take back prisoners, but Ukraine is ready to exchange all citizens. Russia artificially delays coordination, ignoring requests. Meanwhile, Russian sources accuse Ukraine of disrupting exchanges for PR purposes. 📉 An increase in cases of re-capture of Russian soldiers is being recorded.

Critical violations confirmed at the 'Artek Zakarpattia' camp: unsanitary conditions in the food block, mold in rooms, and lack of safe shelters from missiles. Ombudsman Dmytro Lyubynets demands punishment for those responsible for the conditions in which children from front-line zones are resting. 🚨🏕️

The DBR and the General Staff of Ukraine have launched the special operation 'Honest Conscription': over 100 TRCs are being inspected for corruption and the beating of citizens. Detentions of suspects are expected against the backdrop of high-profile conflicts in Lviv and Zakarpattia. 🇺🇦👮‍♂️
