Ukrainian developers have created the "Oriyentir" app for navigation without GPS and internet under EW conditions. It surpassed 23,000 downloads in two weeks.

🇯🇵 Japan successfully launched the Michibiki No. 7 satellite (QZS-7), moving closer to creating its own navigation system independent of GPS. 🚀 The launch took place from the Tanegashima Space Center using the H3 rocket. 📉 However, a full constellation is not yet in place: in December 2025, Satellite No. 5 was lost. 🌏 The QZSS system uses unique orbits to cover mountainous areas and cities. 🔮 Expansion to 11 satellites is planned by the end of the 2030s.

🇯🇵 Japan successfully launched the sixth 'Michibiki 7' satellite with the H3 rocket! 🚀 The launch took place from the Tanegashima Space Center on the night of August 11, 2026. This is a major step towards independence from GPS: the Japanese QZSS system provides accuracy up to 6 cm (compared to 10 m for GPS). 📊 By the mid-2030s, Japan plans to launch 11 satellites to fully ensure sovereignty in navigation. #Japan #Space #QZSS #Technology

🇰🇷 It's getting hot in South Korea: a record of 42.5°C was recorded in Yangsan. Against the backdrop of this anomaly, a student from Seoul created the Geuneullo app, which plots routes not by distance, but by shade. 🌳📱 The algorithm calculates the sun's position and finds a path through shaded areas, turning shade from a convenience into a safety issue. Global warming makes such solutions relevant for all megacities in the world. #Geuneullo #SouthKorea #Technology #Heat2026
