Ukrainians have officially been allowed to take pets to shelters during air raids. 🐕🏚️ However, the State Service of Food Safety and Consumer Protection reminded about strict rules: owners bear full responsibility for pets, and dogs of dangerous breeds must be kept in a muzzle and on a short leash. This is necessary for the safety of children and the elderly in bomb shelters. 🚨

Ukraine has introduced a new veterinary passport for animals with a unique number and bilingual format. 🐾 Old documents remain valid and do not need to be changed. The goal is harmonization with the EU and protection against counterfeiting. 🇺🇦📄
