The Verkhovna Rada is preparing Bill No. 3023 for a second reading, which introduces clear traffic rules and administrative liability for users of electric scooters and other light electric transport.

On September 1, special "Phantom" vehicles recorded 1,799 traffic violations in Kyiv and the Kyiv Oblast. All decisions were issued in automatic mode, the Head of the Patrol Police Department announced.
