Ukraine's Defense Forces struck two major oil refineries in Perm and Rostov Oblast, as well as enemy radar stations, causing massive fires at the facilities.

On the night of 18 September, the Defence Forces of Ukraine carried out a massive strike on 20 Russian regions. The Russian MoD claims 641 UAVs were intercepted; reportedly, Rostov and a refinery in Yaroslavl were hit.

Overnight, Ukrainian drones attacked the Ryazan Oil Refinery and Rostov Oblast: a fire broke out at the plant, and air defense systems were active in Rostov. The Governor of Ryazan reported a fire caused by debris and no casualties.

Rostov-on-Don suffered a night drone attack: two people killed, sea port and residential building damaged. 🚨 Fires recorded in the industrial zone and on railway infrastructure. This is not the first strike on the city this week. 🇷🇺🔥

On the night of July 25, explosions were heard in Engels, Rostov, and Luhansk. Barracks are burning in the Saratov region, while warehouses and construction sites were damaged in Rostov. 🚨🔥
