The statement came against the backdrop of reports regarding the non-approval of Patriot interceptor transfers.

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent rejected Zelenskyy’s accusations of intentionally restricting Starlink, calling them “irresponsible.” According to the minister, Trump and Rubio made no such decisions.

Former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov proposed that the US create a "drone army" in exchange for Patriot interceptors and announced plans to attract American investment into a Ukrainian defense technology fund.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov told La Stampa that deliveries of interceptor missiles for Patriot in 2026 will be lower than in 2025 and insufficient to counter ballistic strikes. He did not name specific figures.

The US, according to sources, asked Kyiv to refrain from strikes on Moscow during the visit of a US delegation. A C-17 aircraft carrying CIA Director Ratcliffe arrived at Vnukovo, which the Kremlin does not confirm.
