🏠 The EIB has allocated €100 million for social housing in Ukraine. The pilot project will launch in Kropyvnytskyi, Kremenchuk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, and Zhytomyr. Apartments owned by communities will be available to IDPs, large families, and veterans. Rent will amount to up to 30% of family income. 🇺🇦🔑
