RBC-Ukraine has revealed the Russian operation "Postman": since May 2026, Ukrainian government bodies have been receiving a mass of fabricated complaints created on the basis of stolen personal data of citizens. According to the outlet, the operation involves IPO units, the GRU, and the FSB.

From September 1, 2026, teachers' salaries in Ukraine will rise by 20%, and the unified tariff grid will be abolished. The salary will be tied to the average wage in the economy, Prime Minister Serhiy Horenko announced.
