Human rights defenders documented complaints in 17 regions of Russia about detentions and coercion into signing contracts with the Ministry of Defense. Against the backdrop of mobilization rumors, a record outflow of citizens through border crossings was recorded.

According to ISW, Ukrainian defense forces carried out local counterattacks and recorded advances on several directions of the front, including halting the Russian offensive in the area of Kazachia Lopan on the Kharkiv direction.
