In the draft state budget for 2027, the expenditures of the Pension Fund of Ukraine are planned at 1,278.8 billion hryvnias — a growth of more than 200 billion hryvnias. A transfer of 292.8 billion hryvnias will be directed from the budget toward pension top-ups.

Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko warned that, in the event of a delay in financing from the EU and the IMF, Ukraine could face postponed social payments, and in the worst case — monetary financing of the budget and devaluation of the hryvnia.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has listed seven grounds for terminating the monthly living allowance for IDPs — from major purchases and currency operations to prolonged stays abroad.
