According to the head of the Cherkasy hydrometeorological center, severe low-water conditions are observed on most of Ukraine's rivers, having been building up since May. On certain sections the riverbeds are drying up, and water flow is falling below ecological norms.

In Ivankev and Borispil of Kyiv Oblast, air quality temporarily deteriorated after the Russian night attack due to fine particulate dust. The OMA asks residents to keep windows closed; the radiation background is normal, but media outlets disagree on the number of affected cities.
